Acquisition is the simplest way to expand the business, especially when the sector when the company is operating is at mature level or when it is important for the growth of a business to incorporate a competitor.
Depending on the size of the business to acquire, of the cash necessity for the operation and its structure we can partner with a mix of investors selectively chosen from our network.
In selected cases where we believe that the acquisition is very attractive we are also available to participate to the equity of the operation or to provide our services in exchange of an equity stake, partnering and taking the risk alongside our client.
